Fund My Account is a new payment option that allows pre-funded Small Fleet customers (20 trucks or less) to pre-pay their Comdata account directly from their company bank account. Payments can be submitted online at your convenience through Comdata’s account management portal, iConnectData (ICD).
Fund My Account simplifies the payment process and provides an easier method of managing your Comdata payments. Note that only one payment can be submitted per day, however you can submit one payment before and after 3:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST). See Question 5 for more information.
Benefits to your company include:
- Control when payments are sent and how much is sent (max of $9,999.00)
- Eliminate the cost of sending alternative payment methods
- Send and manage payments at your convenience through the ICD online portal
If you’re an existing customer, contact a Comdata Representative to add Fund My Account to your Comdata account’s access.
If you’re a new customer, your account will be set up automatically. Once your account is set up, log into ICD and select Payment Center > Fund My Account. This opens the Fund My Account home page where you can submit payments, add or delete bank information, and view 30 days of payment history.
You can use only one bank account per Comdata account.
Your account will be debited within 1-2 business days. However, allow up to four business days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) for funds to post to your Comdata account.
Also, note that any payments submitted before 3:00 pm CST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Anything submitted after 3:00 pm will begin processing the next day.
There is not a fee to use Fund My Account, but any payments that are returned will be assessed a $20.00 fee per return.
